Refunds and Returns Policy for Active Beauty Boost

We take pride in the quality of our anti-cellulite body scrub products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed, ensuring transparency and fairness to our customers.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds:

  1. Return Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  2. Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition, you received them. Opened or used products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and health safety reasons, except in the case of defective or damaged items.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
  4. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund. We will cover all shipping costs for the return of defective or damaged products.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at vitautsj@gmail.com, providing your order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, photographic evidence of any defects or damage.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions on how to proceed. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned product and compliance with our return policy.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, typically within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, follow the initiation process outlined above.

Return Shipping Costs:

  1. Return shipping costs for defective or damaged products will be covered by Natrue Lab Ltd.
  2. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
