Conditions for Returns and Refunds:
- Return Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition, you received them. Opened or used products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and health safety reasons, except in the case of defective or damaged items.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund. We will cover all shipping costs for the return of defective or damaged products.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Refunds:

Exchanges:

- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
